DC Properties of Arizona, Inc. (DCP) is a diversified team of professionals, providing REO Property Preservation, Management, Renovation and Repair services. We are committed to “exceeding your expectations”.

Established in April of 2008, DCP was created as a division of Sabatina and Davis Construction, an Arizona Licensed Contractor since 1985, to provide REO Property Preservation and Management services utilizing professional staff. We are licensed, bonded and insured.

DCP will tailor a comprehensive program for any scope of services required, while ensuring consistent quality and timely service.

DCP staff will function as an extension of our clients and as such will conform to all established policies and procedures. DCP staff will fully familiarize themselves with all forms and processes that the client has in place in efforts to provide seamless services to reduce workload on our clients.

DCP will maintain a high level of customer service to your staff and its clients. In addition to the established workday schedules, our staff will be available, as directed by the client, outside of scheduled hours. We have found this additional flexibility is often necessary to provide maximum service to our clients.
