Trash-Out/Debris

This property preservation request authorizes DCP or our independent contractor to remove interior, exterior or hazardous debris at the property as authorized by client request or the regulatory specifications for the loan type.

All Items not physically or electrically attached to the property are removed, unless it is determined that the item(s) will provide added value or visually enhance the property.
