Brett Johnson - Project Manager

Brett attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ in the school of construction management. After college, he became a licensed General Contractor specializing in rough and finish carpentry of custom homes. Brett worked primarily as a subcontractor, but also managed home construction as a general contractor on a speculative or pre-sold basis.

In 2000, Brett relocated to Phoenix to become a Project Manager for Fulton Homes. His obligation included overseeing all construction of residential communities and the day-to-day duties included communicating with sales staff and home office, scheduling trades, scheduling home closures and managing in-house work force. In addition, I worked closely with various city building officials as well as third party inspectors, to attain code compliance in every facet of the home building process. Brett also worked closely with the home buyers to make sure they were exceeding their expectations. While with Fulton, Brett received many awards including Project Manager of the Year as well as being a three time winner of their Golden Hammer award, given in recognition of closing in excess of 100 homes a year.
