Gary Brous, Superintendent/Estimator

Gary comes to DC Properties with 15 years of Construction Management experience as a superintendent and general contractor. Gary is our field superintendent and is responsible for validating the scope of repairs needed and obtaining the necessary bids from vendors, all of whom are prequalified and preapproved to do business with DC Properties. Gary obtains and tracks the bids which are then passed on to Patrick Davis, Vice-President for approval or in his absence Stephanie Davis, President or Ben Williams, General Manager will approve the final bid.

Gary has training for OSHA Safety and Regulations in Arizona and Oregon. He is a member of the Home Builders Association and received his Associates Degree in Business Management in 1979 from Portland Community College.

Gary has previously received awards for Project Manager of the Year with MDC Holdings, Inc. (2007) and Fulton Homes (2001). He was also awarded with Customer Service Person of the Year with Fulton Homes (2000).
