He is also certified in Public Policy and Management by the University of Arizona. He is a member of AZBO, ICC, IAPMO and IAEI.

Pat has a diverse background in all aspects of building construction. Pat worked in the Building Trades and Contracting for over 14 years prior to advancing into his 18 year career in the governmental Building Safety Inspection industry. He most recently served as Senior Inspector/Plans Examiner for Brown & Associates Inc. Senior Structural Inspector for the City of Phoenix, AZ, GP Engineering where he was the Regional Manager of Inspections. He served over 10 years as the Chief Building Official for the Town of Fountain Hills, AZ. Pat previously served on the AZBO Board of Directors and remains active in the organization by teaching ADA/Fair Housing for the AZBO Education Institutes. He formerly served on the Maricopa Association of Governments Building Code Committee. In 2001, He was appointed by Arizona Governor Jane D. Hull, to serve on the Arizona Uniform Plumbing Code Commission. Pat’s experience ranges from residential, industrial and commercial projects including Lead Inspector on the new Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Medical Center and Hotel in Goodyear, AZ.

Patrick oversees our Field Superintendent and all Field Operations. He is responsible for making the decision if a repair is to be done in-house or bids will need to be obtained. If a repair is contracted out, he receives bids from our Superintendent and makes the final decision as to which bid to use.
