Robert “Ben” Williams, General Manager

Ben oversees and actively manages the day to day field and office operations. He interacts with the vendors and field crews on a daily basis to ensure prompt attention to property issues and resolution of those issues. In addition, he handles all scheduling of property assignments and issues as well as quality control. He also conducts initial interviews of prospective vendors to ensure they meet our qualifications and standards.

Ben came to us with an insurance and financial underwriting background. He spent 13 years with State Farm Insurance as both a Claim Specialist and later an Underwriting Specialist. He spent 7 years as a Claim Specialist handling, negotiating and settling complex third party bodily injury claims. He also spent 6 years as an Underwriting Specialist which entailed underwriting assigned Agents books of business and coming up with action plans to address negative issues that were affecting the book of business. Ben was nominated for and won “Partner of the Month” in December of 1997 out of a potential employee pool of over 3,500 employees. He was nominated and a finalist for “Partner of the Month” in February 2004 out of a potential employee pool of over 6,500 employees. After leaving State Farm Insurance he transitioned into the financial sector where he spent 4 years underwriting prospective VA/FHA/Conventional loan applications and securing the additional documentation needed to properly assess the level of risk for pricing consideration.

Ben is a native of Phoenix Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in General Business in 1991. He has been married for 18 years and has four children. He has been active in the local community via youth sports programs and has spent the last several years coaching high school football in his spare time.
