Ryan Richards, Field Operations Assistant

Ryan came to DC Properties with a construction background as an assistant superintendant and currently works under the supervision of a Field Operations Specialist. Previously, he worked for DR Horton Home Builders for three years before the downturn in residential sales. He worked for DR Horton at their busiest time, keeping up with demanding schedules and long hours. He was responsible for all punch items. Drywall repair, finished drywall – all textures. Paint touch-ups, flooring repair, finish cabinetry, stucco touch-ups, door hanging, trim, replaced windows, appliance installation – washer, dryers, dishwashers, ect. He operated a tractor, forklift and scissor lift. Ryan was the Acting Safety Officer and supervised Day Laborers. He has excellent customer service skills, often receiving bonuses for quick, friendly response to new homeowner’s requests.

After DR Horton had to downsize, Ryan went to work installing residential fire sprinklers for Arizona Fire. He installed sprinklers inside Pulte Homes. He had to follow the plans, install piping and sprinkler heads according to plans. He conducted 200 lb. hydro sprinkler rough-in and final inspections with the Fire Marshal. Ryan has also been OSHA Safety trained and certified.
