Shawn Davis, Lead Field Operations Specialist

Shawn has been with DC Properties of Arizona, Inc. since its inception. Shawn has passed the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, Business Management exam and is in the process of obtaining his contractor’s license. Prior to joining DC, Shawn worked for Brown & Associates Inc. which is the largest Building Safety Consulting Firm in Arizona. He worked as an Assistant Building Inspector and obtained his ICC Residential Building Inspector certification (Certificate # 5314557-B1). He has also worked for Elite Marketing in the credit card sales division at Sky Harbor International Airport. Shawn was required to pass extensive Background Screening by the F.B.I. and US Homeland Security to perform these services in a high security environment such as Sky Harbor. That clearance enabled him to roam free throughout the secure and non-secure areas of the entire airport facility
