Stephanie Davis, President

Stephanie has a diverse background in Business Management and the Construction Industry. This background includes Management, Administration, Accounting, Building Safety and Engineering for three of Arizona’s largest Consulting Firms. She brings over 18 years of experience to her newest venture, DC Properties of Arizona Inc. Prior experience includes business management, marketing and property tracking, bidding of building projects for 51 jurisdictions including, Project Accounting, Valuations, Building Permit and Plan Check Fees, Maintaining City Ordinances, Fee Schedules and Job Cost Accounting. Stephanie has also been instrumental in team building and setting up several satellite offices throughout Arizona, Nevada, California, Alaska, Texas, Washington and Oregon for various Code Consulting firms.

Stephanie has been involved in the semi-annual educational institutes for the Arizona Building Officials (AZBO) since their inception in 1995. Her dedication and commitment to continuing education earned her the respect and distinct honor of being nominated as the Registrar in which she just recently resigned. She was also awarded the Industry Member of the Year by AZBO.
