Suzanne Zubrod, Accounting Specialist

Suzanne came to us with a background in Accounting, Real Estate & Insurance. She is responsible for the oversight of the day to day accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, check verification & issuing, bank account reconciliation, and vendor notification on sold properties. She was an Office Manager of an Independent Insurance Agency with a multi-million dollar book of business for 10 years. She managed 12+ employees and oversaw the day to day operations of the agency. Responsibilities included the management of all accounting functions which included payroll, human resources & sales. Suzanne has been a licensed Arizona Real Estate Agent for 5 years, specializing in residential sales & leases. She also held an Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License for 8 years. She received her Associated Degree from Paradise Valley Community College, and attended Arizona State University for Accounting.
